Contracts Management: Status tracking and execution of contracts on behalf of the client.

Planning Management: Close supervision and detailed management of all sub-consultants and deliverables.

Cost Management: Careful planning and delivery of an Overall Project Budget that includes management and reporting of execution to the agreed budget.

Quality Management: Supervision and monitoring the Project Management Contract (PMC) by managing the project consultants’ quality, controlling cash flow and ensuring rework wherever required.

Construction Contractor Procurement: Management of the PMC by undertaking the pre-qualification and recommendation of a list of proposed Construction Supervision Consultants.

Main Contractor Appointment: 360-degree management of the tendering process, including determining approach to procurement (e.g. single main contractor Vs. management contracting) and appointment of contractor(s).

Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Close supervision and monitoring of the Project Management and Consultants thus ensuring completion to standards, costs and timelines.

Facilities Management Procurement: Preparation and development of Facilities Management Strategy that includes the level and standard of service to be provided.
